Heather is a search consultant with Pearson Partners International. She has earned the AESC (Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants) Certified Researcher Associate (CRA) certification, which aims to raise the levels of skill, ethics and professionalism in the executive search industry. This program is held in high regard by member firms of the AESC and is a recognized standard of excellence in the executive search industry.

Prior to Pearson Partners, Heather worked for an environmental/construction management firm, where she was responsible for project and report tracking and oversight of client billing and payroll. In her earlier career, she worked as the registrar for a private school for children with learning differences.

Heather studied at Brookhaven Community College in Dallas, Texas.
