Our Assessment Services are spearheaded by Lisa Thompson, LPC, PCC, our managing director of professional services. A Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Coach, Lisa is certified in numerous evaluation and assessment instruments and has over 20 years of experience in business management, counseling, executive coaching, leadership development and human capital consulting.
Using diagnostic tools such as Birkman®, MRG, LEA 360, Myers Briggs and CPI 260, we conduct a 360-degree evaluation of your full team or an individual. Then we compile results to create a custom summary and analysis of job specifications, culture and personality. By comparing these results against established standards and your own leadership team and strategies, we identify gaps and challenges—the first step toward developing an action plan to address them. Our Assessment Services range from evaluating a single employee to analyzing the effectiveness of an entire organizational structure.
