What motto do you live by?
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. I believe in karma and being positive. Try to remember that every person you encounter may be struggling with a personal challenge. They will appreciate your kindness more than you may ever know.
Why did you feel executive recruiting was the right field for you?
I love working with people. Every day we learn about new people, businesses and industries, each with unique backgrounds, challenges and opportunities. I am fascinated by how people follow such varied paths and find it rewarding to help them build strategic teams and advance their careers.
If you had to change careers tomorrow, what job would you choose, and why?
I would go to medical school and be a physician. I love science and medicine, and would enjoy the thrill of solving mysteries and resolving crises to help people. That’s why I love executive search!
